Ridiculous . Surely the council should be pleased that people are responsible dog owners. Would they rather there were out of control ( perhaps dangerous) dogs out in the community!!

How awful for these poor animals. I do my best to ensure mine eat a healthy amount and try to ensure the food is also balanced( very difficult when breagha tries to eat everything in site!!!)

Sorry I forgot it was fee week so said I'd pay next Sunday. As its Mother's Day I'm being taken out for lunch so won't be at class so will pay week after. Sorry about that John.
