I'm glad to say the owners did (grudgingly) pay the vet bills but at least they're not stuck with a dog in a lot of pain.. They were being very rude about the whole thing, to say the least.

I recommend the gentle leader after seeing + experiencing what a difference it has made with each dog we have fitted one with.
