I think we will need to watch Kiera now on the walks, she has been a little minx at puppy school tonight, she only plays rough so I will now have to restrict her rough play with the brat pack till she knows better
If we can catch it early it wont cause her to much problems in the near future. She has been in a funny mood all afternoon just not like her at all |

Margaret,
if she plays rough the pack will bring her into line far better than we humans can.....the power of the pack!
Don't like the idea of dark nights though! _________________ John Thomson

I agree with the pack thing - we take Otto out with older dogs and they don't stand for his puppy boisterousness. The urge is to step in because they do nip him, but they're not being vicious, just telling him his place.
The fact he goes back for more, tail wagging means he's not frightened - it's just how dogs do things. He soon adopts a less pushy manner and they play with him, just on their terms not his.
Some dogs he stays lower than, others he is far less respectful of - funny to watch.
At puppy school he was the biggest one there and we had to pull him in sometimes - but he just wanted to play. Does him good to play with dogs bigger than him. |

Mind you Suzanne I recon Lizzy would have played quite rough with him given the chance she was completely oblivious to the fact that he was bigger than her |

Very true - she's a young lady with attitude, whereas he's just a big daft laddie. |
