Whoever is responsible should be prosecuted. Caustic soda should be safely disposed of. I would safely dispose of the idiot who left this for any animal or child to be burnt. Evil or Very Mad Twisted Evil

scary stuff just reminds us we need to be vigilant about the dogs being near stuff like empty bottles, cans etc.
