Kirsty when you are typing your post and you see the little yellow icons at the side, underneath them it says 'View more Emoticons' click that and a page of LOADS of them open up for you to choose from!

Marcella, I have tried that over the past few days and nothings happening - oh just got it to work - was clicking on the text instead of the faces - oh no! ive lost them again. will keep trying
