can't go wrong ......... add a pinch of salt to it too ......... missed that bit out. The only thing you can go wrong with is overcooking it. So check it after 15 mins, should be cooked properly in that time |

Lindsays going to 'pamper' me tonight he has just phoned to tell me he will make me dinner and asked if I wanted something cooked or would I like my favorite 'a platter' YUM YUM.
It will have mixed meats, mixed cheeze, onion, olives salad, high might even through in some prawns or mussles and potato crisps on the side. (he makes it so huge that I can pick away for a good hour - heaven) and a wee bottle of C R I S P W H I T E W I N E
I thinks he is having a fit of guilt over me cutting the front lawn - I have been nagging him for SIX WEEKS and ended up doing it myself, after a whole day working and before walking the dogs last night.
I hope thats all thats on his mind |

you never know Kirsty, maybe that platter will have oysters on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If John offers to cook for me it means only one of two things ........... warmed up sausage rolls or a bowl of super noodles because that's all he can do! We were together for 3 years before he learned how make a cup of tea!!!!!!!!!!!! .............. I'm NOT kidding. |

apart from the beef,
garlic, red onion, smoked paprika, cumin, chilli powder, tin of tomatoes, kidney beans, green or yellow pepper, big splosh of red wine, salt, pepper and fresh green chillies.
A generous sprinkle of fresh coriander on top when it's served.
All in a pot on the hob to start then a tight lid on it, into the oven for 90 minutes and all the flavours really come.
oh yum ................ made that on saturday and it was the business. |
