Hi Girlies, and the guys too

On Sunday night at the British Legion at 7pm Ceroc dancing is coming to Cumbernauld.

I absolutely love this....if anyone wishes to come along let me know. The classes start at 7 then there is a free dance it is called where everyone just does their own thing...it is a great social night.

Up until now I had to go to Glasgow uni on a wednesday or Jumpin jakcs on a Tuesday. not been for a couple of years as was too much hassle after work going away into town.

I am so looking forward to this.

Oh what is Ceroc????? its like a french jive a mixture of salsa and jive, but you don't need footwork....ideal for anyone like me who has two left feet Very Happy

Any time Gerri, great exercise and more fun than pounding the pavements (or maybe not, for a serious runner).
