Ok, my Mum and Dad'll back me up in saying that I have the most odd selection of music taste.......
From Unheard of bands, to Westlife(yes. I am listening to them just now, Mum and Dad again will agree )
From Rod Stewart to Darren Styles.
My favorite song of all time is Dakota by the Stereophonics though
Followed by Wonderwall by Oasis
Yeah, my taste in music is very varied.
What about everyone else?
Favorite Band? Song? Genre? |

No question
The Boys of Summer by Don Henly of the Eagles.....puts a smile on my face everytime I hear it......I just have to wind the window down and turn it up loud............oh and at our wedding our first waltz was to Phil Collins 'Groovy Kind of Love' so that is a close second...again it just makes me smile _________________ John Thomson

Stereophonics are one of my all time faves too Em as you know (you also know how good I am at singing Dakota and we're going to see them in a couple of months woo hoo! ) I also like Matchbox20 and The Killers.
Fave songs would include:
Dakota, The Bartender and the Thief and Since I Told You it's Over - Stereophonics
Mr Brightside - The Killers
She Sells Sanctuary - The Cult (an oldie but great)
Sonnet and Drugs Don't Work - Verve
With or Without You and All I Want is You - U2
and if you throw in a bit of Dancing Queen I'll sing along to that too!!!!!!! |

I have music moods
When I am cleaning the house it has to be somthing you can move too like pop dance or rnb. but you cant beat a bit of abba to get the house work done.
when I am in a chilled out mood it can be classical piano music or some love songs
when I am full of pent up energy or angry I go for heavy metal.
And when I exercise nothing beats a good bit of techno
love Abba-Metallica- David Bowie-Mika-Scissor Sisters-Anastacia-Shakira-Prodigy
to be honest there is nothing from previous generation right up to present day that I could honestly say I dont like. I go more for songs that cause a mood.
I would be a great one if I ever had to go onto Never mind the Buzzcocks as I would win (toot toot) just me blowing my own trumpet. |

Some of my favourits are

James Taylor - Sweet baby James, October Road

I can't imagine you singing along to Girls Aloud Fiona!!! Em likes Fallout Boy too.
Kerry - Chasing Cars is a WONDERFUL song!!! It's the kind of song you never get fed up listening to. The Newton Faulkner song has a Snowpatrol sound about it I think. But he's creepy to watch ...... |
