Cook the tagliatelle until tender, meanwhile cut the gammon into small piess and start to fry. chop the mushrooms, onion & garlic and add to pan, cook gently until the gammon and mushrooms are well cooked. Drain the pasta and then add the creme fraiche and all other ingredients, still well to to mix and serve when hot.
