dax is now 5months and is suffering from pains in his legs two front ones at different times anyone have any suggestions to help him or should i go to the vet but i know what the vet will say "growing pains".he is getting greenlip mussel extract but that is debatable if it works for this kind of thing. i was told to take him off puppy food and put him on adult to reduce protein. |

is it when he is walking. what happens when you touch his legs.
is he yelping and whining, is he limping or holding the leg up when walking. _________________ microchiping and grooming www.chipnclip.co.uk

I'd also try a little cod liver oil or Vitapet into his diet. If it IS growing pains then it stands to reason it could also affect his joints and muscles - help oil those and it should help ease the pain
If it doesn't stop then I WOULD go to the vets just to be sure that all is as it should be _________________ Staffies are my life! Visit us at www.staffies.co.uk |
