Poor dog will wonder what he has done wrong. I hope his paw heals quickly. |

Just at the vets. Still healing well and stitches are holding! He's graduated from bandages to socks held on with tape:) I have to bath it daily and apply a little cream between his toes.
We've to back in a week to get the stitches out.
Vet said he could go for very short walks, but obviously not off-leash bounding:)
As far as the aggression goes, we excluded him and kept him in the kitchen. Sam fed him and I ignored him for 2 days (hard). So far he's doing exactly what he's told, don't need to tell him twice. When he comes over to sit beside and touch me I just walk off. Any occasion when he's looked shifty around a toy I've voiced my displeasure and storm off out the room and the toy is removed. He's not only been resource guarding toys but me as well!
We're going to keep on top of it. _________________ Steve Young

Hi Steve
You've had a lot on your plate lately, and poor Mylo with his sore paw can't blame him for being grumpy but like JD he's a strong dog and you need to keep on top of him to show your the leader of the pack then Sam and then twins and finally the dogs.
It is hard going but you're a strong leader and once Mylo feels better I'm sure everything will be ok.
How's Sam and twins doing?
Take care
