todays class was the most amusing we've been to!! i liked the swapping dogs....interesting.

even tho there was no walk i was planning on going a wander round the glen but i think today shattered my poor little boy. he collapsed in a heap in his bed when we got back and its now about 3 hours later and he hasnt moved at all. funny how it exhausts them having to concentrate for half an hour!!

Also really enjoyed the swapping dog thing. Was really fun seeing how different dogs are to handle. Although all my dogs are different heights and temperaments all have a slim build and not too much muscle so it was really interesting handling dogs with such power. And loved handling a collie again.

Alfies still out cold ha ha. Never met such a sleepy dog. I woke him up an hr ago for food and a walk. Only managed round the block. Now he's flat on his back with 4 legs in the air (well 3 an a half). Wish I could do a class every day with him if it makes him this quiet. It's great!

Glad to hear you guys enjoyed 'dog swapping'.........I think it helps to see/feel what another breed of dog feels like on the end of a leash.......good for the dogs too.

It seems pretty interesting, might try that as well in our program.
