Hi

Just wondering if anyone had experienced this:

Tia got up this morning, she scratched the white side of her face and it left her eye all red, Susan took her out for a walk and when she came in her brown side started to swell up around the eye area,.. then her muzzle. we gave her a half piriton and she was ok ..still drinking and eating but her muzzle is still a bit swollen, we gave her another half piriton tonight.

She seems ok in herself just looks a bit strange

Alice

aww poor Tia, have you changed any cleaning stuff in your house, washed her bedding with new powder or got a new air freshener. hope she is ok in the morning.

Hi

No we couldn't think of anything that's new, but I was so proud of myself for not panicking and running to the vet,
the piriton seems to have done the trick the swelling is defo going down.

poor tia. if its not bothering her i would stick with the piriton for a few days. ano im a terrible one for rushing my dogs to the vets for the slightest thing. i always hate the thought that they are in pain and cant tell me. x
