I spoke with the Council yesterday and they don't want caretakers out because of the conditions.

I don't want to not go ahead but it is just not safe to travel unless it is really important.

Thanks John, it's sad but understandable. My motto of 'have shovel will travel' was acquired working for NHS in the Community but may be a tad irresponsible however much Samson is missing his fellow doggy students. Crying or Very sad

Hi Lesley,

And I think it will just get longer and longer, Susan has our house done up like Santa grotto, we have singing Santa's the lot ,....so Tia will have every temptation going ,..but so far so good tonight .... but I am sure if we take our eyes off her for a minute she will have it all down..
How is Alfie doing ???
Tia got the all clear at the vet this week ,..thank goodness we have to make sure she drinks plenty though so she is on the goats milk and cranberry juice ,..but trying to get a sample for the vet this week was pretty tricky in all this snow ...

See you soon

Alice

Awww glad shes back to her normal wee self!! Alfies been v sleepy on his medication but all finished now so will see how he goes. Legs not amazing but never will be cos that good bit shorter. He's using it quite well tho and not sore at all so he's doing well!! He is hating this icy slushy snow we now have, won't walk in it!! All our cars still stuck here as well but thankfully had week off work so not had to try to move it. Hope we'll be back when start back after new year.
