bardot no longer happy when other dogs approach her

Hi

bardot has started barking and lunging at other dogs when out on walks and they approach her to have a sniff. She is more than happy to aniff other dogs but does not like it done to her. Not sure what the best approach to changing this behaviour would be and would love some advice.

we no longer use the pincher and feel should maybe go back to this as she is pulling more and is more use to getting her own way.
