It doesn't start until Sunday, even if it does, which means this week will just be normal unless people do panic.

The company says it will need to close down for a month and according to the union is holding the country to ransom in order to get what it wants in terms of pensions. Like the Govt would let it get that far. Just PR posturing....but unfortunately people buy into it and make the situation worse.

oh this is such a pain in the @ss...

I wish people would just get a grip and not be so selfish... there was a report of one guy filling up his 4x4 plus 3x20 litre fuel cans because he had some "important water skiing competitions" to get to this next few weekends...

Riiiight, so that would be more "important" than what? Say, a nurse, doctor or midwife getting fuel... or people whose incomes depend on being able to use their car??? What an @ss.

I had to wait in a que yesterday in Falkirk people are panic buying which is going to cause a shortage. They were running out of petrol. I put £60 of Diesel in and it didn't even go to the 3/4 mark Shocked !! If we could all fit in to one I think I would be happy with a nifty wee Ka Very Happy
