oh i know how strong cockers can be!!!!!!..................i have seen these prongs on little dogs such as jack russell terriers and they work a treat!.............those are the micro size though..........small would suit hobbes!

i have two on order and one out on loan from the leeburg site!

Ask John, I think he said he was getting some but I'm not sure if they were for general sale or even the correct size. Also ask him for the link to a UK supplier I vaguely recall there is one somewhere in UK do it cheaper than Leerburg as you don't have international postage. Check with him though to be sure as that info may have been changed by now.

Hi Corinne I use a prong collar on Alfie. Although he is small he was a nightmare on lead he anyone came towards us. The prong collar sorted he out very quickly. Laughing Laughing Laughing

i wouldn't use the UK one are they have been known to brake as they are not as good as the American one. but i would agree talk to John. if you are getting them yourself get stainless steel and don't go for the quick release.

try one at class before you order one just to see how he does, with it.

I bought a UK one for Bubbles and had problems with the first one ( it lost it`s spring action) and then I discovered how sharp the uk one is opposed to the one that the club recommends

Prongs are fantastic but get the right one

The German made Herm Sprenger make is acknowledged to be the best available...will worth the extra cost.
