The frozen fish from Anglian is great if the dogs need a bland diet, it microwaves in 5 mins

Elaine,

Do you like the food from Anglian?

my two just refuse to eat most of it - the funniest thing I ever saw was big bob taking a mouthful of the minced beef and spitting it out on the floor - my boy eats cat poo as a daily scoobie snack. So he's really not that fussy.

I must stress here that this is a completely personal opinion and I am not suggesting for a moment that there is anything wrong with the products Anglian supply.

Shirley I actually wanted to mention to you that my dogs would not look at the anglian tripe either but they love tripe. Maybe try another supplier? I have some in the freezer, I will bring along a chunk tonight if you are coming on the walk, if not I will give it to the boys for breakfast.

Just seen this, couldt get to the walk tonight, thats Allan just in, (I hate this one car carry on at the moment Evil or Very Mad ) its not the tripe the dogs had a problem with it was the liver, also anly 2 of them ate the poultry necks, but tried them again tonight and everyone ate them, except Pixel puked hers back 5 mins later, but she is so greedy and I thought I would give her one of the bigger ones.....bad idea Rolling Eyes

Its all trial and error though Rolling Eyes once I know what they eat and I have another freezer I may go 100% Shocked Smile

Mine don't eat AMP mince either ........... they spat it out too Kirsty! That's why we just stick with Landywoods, they eat theirs. I think AMPs has more water in it............ I'm guessing here, but that's the only thing I can think of, theirs is mushier. Shocked

Landywoods is cheaper too Marcella - I have just worked out what I need for the next 6 weeks. I will be feeding my two large dogs for under £60 for the next 6 weeks. thats under £5 per week for each dog. And my two are big versions of the breed. Cant be bad. can probably feed my cat out of this too.
