My dogs are all so a complete joy and 99.9% of the time live in totally harmony. Star is only a pup himself and is learning that these things are not on. When you have three its a little harder to keep every one happy. _________________ Dogs are like Chocolate, you just can't have one! |

I am tempted to add a third.
At the moment I am working on it! _________________ "My little dog - a heartbeat at my feet" - Edith Wharton |

I'm quite happy with two. I don't think I would like three dogs, it would have to be 4, an even number, and there is no way that's going to happen just now!
Two is quite enough to be getting on with and want to give them the best that I can. |

I can imagine!
I have my heart set on a whippet bitch but there is some opposition at the moment! _________________ "My little dog - a heartbeat at my feet" - Edith Wharton |

I would, however, love to take on a rescue dog, but quite often these dogs have behavioural problems that need working on, and I just don't have the time just now.
As much as I would love a brand spanking new pedigree puppy (a Basenji, Shiba Inu or another Westie), I am more drawn towards a rescue dog as there are so many of them in need of good home. Having Roxy just confirms how I feel about wanting to work with a rescue dog, and give it another chance. One day I will do it. |

Sounds like a laugh a minute in your house!
I have experience of cats bringing in birds and mice in to the house - but they have all been alive! The dead ones, I hope, stay outside! |
That is soooo sweet
Our last cat used to bring live ones in but only to kill them on my rug! Harvey isn't to bad although I think he sees it as his job to feed the dogs |
