for dinner tonight. It was fab!!!!! Lots of flavour and really easy and quick. Low fat too for anyone watching their waistline! Wink

I used basmati instead of long grain, just because I much prefer it. And I used the chicken stock, it adds much more flavour. When the chicken was done ( I used a dry non stick pan) I removed it from the pan then I squeezed half a lime into the pan to catch the flavours from the spices then drizzled that over the top. yum yum!

sounds nice but i'm quite a plain jane person so spices etc doesn't do it for me!

Well I made a first for me (for little aunt margaret) A beef joint and home made roast potatoes, honestly aunt kirsty not aunt bessie

Made a gravy with the fat out of the roast

yum yum, only thing is - lindsay will expect that every sunday now, he wiped his plate clean Crying or Very sad

up till now I have convinced him I dont know how to do plain cooking - and he hates most of what I do cook. so he eats a lot of chippies Wink
