did anyone see the dog whisperer today. Cesar was training his own dog 'dady' the pitbull. he was teaching him to avoid rattle snakes. they went to this guy who trains using the electric collar,. it was very interesting.

sky 3 it was good, you got to see Cesar taught something.

it was all started because one of his other dogs was badly attacked by a rattle snake, and later dies after another attack. he wanted to teach his dogs to sense to snake and know that it is dangerous.

An interesting use of an e collar. In the correct hands they can be an extremely effective, quick training method.in the wrong hands as with anything open to all sorts of abuse.
I would rather use an e collar on my dog than have it killed by a snake though......for me thats a 'no brainer'
