Hi All,

I have posted some pictures taken from my wifes grooming salon. I hope this works as the first time I made a real mess of posting them. Our salon is called Baskervilles and yes I have heard all the jokes Smile

The spaniel had a seriously bad hair day when he came in. Hope you like the pictures. Smile

Hi Barry,

Yes we accept all breeds, we actually have a Rotti coming in on Saturday her name is Becks. I know some groomers don't accept big dogs but we tend to find they are the ones who enjoy it the most Smile

If you need any details just PM me and I can pass them on. Our normal charge for Labs/Rottis etc is £25.

Hi Emma,

I will need to check with the boss Laughing but I would imagine 25-30. We have never had a Great Dane in although one did play with Ralph the other day in the Glen. Ralph was running in between its legs...very funny.

Hi Shirley,

Yes she has done a bedlington before. You have no idea the arguments we see with people regarding their dogs! Most of them tend to be around Bichons etc I think the guys are not too keen walking around with them when they are all fluffy Wink

I have an old Beagle who needs hand-stripped. Will need to find out how to get to you.

Shirley, a Bedlington? My grandma used to breed them. They were very cute and loved hunting.

Good to hear they love hunting Lorna, this is where the arguments are going to come in Very Happy

When we get one its coming from hunting stock and this is the reason we really cant have it clipped like a show bedlington. as Allan wants to take it rabbiting and ferreting, so its coat is going to have to protect it in the undergrowth. Apparantly they have softer coats now which is why we need to make sure it comes from working stock, tho I dare say even show ones will have the instinct in them Smile
