I didn't want to upset anyone but how BAD Evil or Very Mad is this, at last he has been rescued now Exclamation
It makes me soooo angry to see a poor animal like this Mad Mad The owners should be shot!!!! Evil or Very Mad

I just can't believe how people can be so cruel to poor defenseless animals. There are really some heartless people in this world. This just infuriates me !!! Evil or Very Mad

I really, really believe that there should me much tougher punishments for people who do this to animals.
The poor boy, thank goodness he has been rescued, and I am sure he will find a new home.

Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil ******* people who starve dogs. This boy looks close to death. It will take lots of TLC to get this boy back to health. Some permanent damage is likely given his state. I would want to make the ***** who did this suffer.
