I think my girl is finally getting the the jist of not jumping up on everyone she sees when we are out walking, I'm not sure if it is the getting her to walk to heel before she is near passers by or the fact she is now on adult food but it is a big sense of relief, next step is ignoring cars and other dogs, We might actually get back to coming on group walks and training Very Happy Very Happy

Well done. The heel does work.

We had issues with Otto and kids (ignores people, cyclists and cars), but we brought him to heel yesterday along the canal and he ignored two wee boys. He's also a bit more used to them as we've introduced him to the family kids.

If the kids are calm, he'll stay calm.

Kiera has good recall when out but since I got a verbal bashing when we were out down the glen not long after me getting back on my feet it has totally knocked my confidence and i probably make it more of an issue than it is, but I never want to be in that position again when I am scared to let kiera off the lead as someone give me more than a good ear bashing.
