Right......... most of us are probably sitting at our lunch right now or just finished.
So what did you all have, anything nice? Healthy or junk food?

Me, boring lunch today but tasty.
Crusty Rye Bread with Country ham .......... and a few pringles!!!!!

I had a Strawberry Smoothie! Trying to be good and having Smoothies for lunch, they actually fill you up!

He's a gannet. He eats sooooooo much junk and doesn't expand, it's sickening. I only have to look at a piece of chocolate and my ass gets bigger Sad

That's his second Flake of the day, he has a flake and a bag of crisps every morning for breakfast!!!!!!

We get lunch bought on a Thursday and today was Gregg's day!
I had a chicken mayo softy! not very healthy i hear you all say well i had it on brown bread!

I've been telling him that for ages. I put veg on his plate and he leaves it then runs into the kitchen and puts it in the bin before I see him ........... like a naughty child!

Chris wont even have veggies on his plate!!
when I'm making dinner i have to grate veggies in so Chris doesn't know there there or he wont eat it!
He wont eat fruit either!
But 10 packets of crisps no bother and look how skinny he is....it dusgusts me!! ha ha

i had some nice homemade soup,got two weedings in a wwekend next month so trying to save.

As for the bad eating habits of the men just think of the fat content of their arteries, they might look skinny but inside they will be fat!!!! God i am the eating police sorry you will soon get to know my open your mouth before your barin engages, I am lucky i have not been lamped before now.
