hi everyone, the dog warden covering for Fiona has been in contact with me over the last couple of days, she had a look at the pics on the web and someone was out looking at them i think, but we have been told they are not poisonous but dog repellent pellets. i just thought i`d let you know what they were. I`m now 100 % certain that it was her now if that's what they are. But thank you to everyone that helped, and the dog warden loved the comments on the page Very Happy

pitty you can't get human repelant for people like that!!!!!!! She is obviously not very clever as the dogs are taken there by humans for exercise and the loo so they will probably go there with or without the pellets Laughing Laughing

Strangely one of the best was to stop a dog peeing is to put down a bowl of water......instinct tells them not to pee near a drinking water supply.

Reminds me of the old joke... how do you drive an Aberdonian mad? Put him in a round room and tell him there's a penny in the corner... Badoom..ching!

Kerry, I'm delighted the dog warden took positive action.
I wouldn't have thought the neighbour had any right to do that on public property, I could understand if it were her garden, but not a public right of way.
Perhaps the council could write her a wee letter ?????

i also thought that, how she thinks she can say what or who walks over public land really annoys me. Don't understand people like that.
And yeah Even thought the dog pellets where there Koda was quite happily walking around them before i noticed them Smile so they don't work that well. And i agree the lady need to be told by someone that she is doing wrong, even if it is a general letter put through the post. The dog warden was extremely helpful and its good to have peace of mind that they are not harmful.
