Just had another wee bird slam into my office window... it was just stunned and eventually flew away.

This is a regular occurrence, esp in summertime...

I'll be sitting working, then WHACK! I look up and there is a bird-imprint on my window... invariably i go outside and there is a bird lying sparkled in the garden. I also get loads of bees and flies and things bouncing off that window too... and last summer there was this tiny little bird who kept on flying up to the window and would peck at the window continually... kind of hovering there! Freakish wee thing.

I am starting to wonder if it is something to do with the angle of the window or the way the light reflects off of it, because I seem to have a some amount of wee birds stunned or dead in the garden, sometimes even one per week.

Any ideas?! Maybe I should just stop hanging the bird feeder on the curtain rail eh? OK, sick sick, I'm joking Wink

This is a regular occurrence in our house. We often have birds hitting off our dining room and kitchen windows. We've had a couple kill themselves, and even had pigeons and crows leaving a splatter-print on the glass!!

This used to happen in our work like they didn't see the window, so eventually we got big bits of paper drew faces on them so they could actually see the window etc.... It did work we didn't have any birds smacking of the windows after that.
