Just back from 36 degree Crete last night to 14 degrees grey Glasgow! Had a brilliant time, never been to Greece before but will definately be back. So clean, and the people were SO friendly and nice.
Missed the dogs though, 10 days would have been enough!
Picked up the pooches from the kennels this morning. Was told that Hektor is "MAD, MENTAL!!" He was a bit excitable when they brought him through but has settled now.

They had to separate him and Ollie after the first day as he just wouldnt leave poor Oll alone, biting his ears and jumping on him. He does this at home too and although when I shout at him he stops, I'm worried he's going to really hurt him.

I know this is just puppy behaviour but any suggestions?

hey Lisa, glad you had a good time, the boys were fine, bet your glad to get them back.

it was probably better for hector too that there were separated as it meant he got more room to himself. plus Ollie and Amos loved being roomeys. Very Happy

It really is just puppy behaviour to be honest. Holly bounces all over Murphy all the time... chewing his ears... pinching his feet and tail. He does play along as well mind you! Smile If he gets really annoyed with her... he comes up to me to get away from her as he knows she wont annoy him if he's up cuddling his mum! Wink Evil or Very Mad

If I think she is really pestering him.... and he isnt wanting to play back... then I skoosh Holly with water. Or clap or shout really loudly!

I wish that would work on my overheated (in all meanings of the word) lump of a spaniel. He actually likes the water and tries to eat the scoosher! Kind of defeats the purpose a bit! Razz Razz
Glad you enjoyed Crete Lisa . I did too when I went there, so much I went back a few years later, again on my own as hubby won't get in aeroplane!!!

What is it with men and transport??
Colin doesnt like to fly either but does it under sufference! He will NOT however get in a car abroad with me! He wont drive, so I decided to this time. I thought I did quite well (maybe its the kamakaze attitude like the greek drivers that I was in tune with Laughing )
Apparently you dont need to pass a driving test in Crete to drive a car Shocked

I use a plant spray for Luka as he really annoys scooby more than the other 2 at times...though every now and again Scooby sets him off wanting to play, Im sure if Scooby was bigger and younger he would have had a great time with Luka

We use the plant spray quite a lot in this house lately, no Luka dont eat the furniture, no Luka the cat isnt a stuffy toy, no Luka stiop annoying the others, no Moya stop attacking Luka, Yu stop climbing the curtains.......and it goes on Rolling Eyes Laughing
