Hi all, pleased to join a local forum, let me introduce myself and my doggies, I'm Margaret currently residing in Cumbernauld. I have 2 dogs a welsh springer called Sheila (9 years young and deaf) and a Little pupplet called kiera (8 weeks). I have been out of dog training for a while since I gave up fostering dogs but I am keen to get back into the saddle with kiera. Look forward to chatting to you all and hopefully start off in the puppy classes when Kiera is old enough. Very Happy

she is a dream puppy so far, only had 1 little accident in the house and for her first week here that's amazing never before have I had such a calm clean pup. hope I don't speak too soon lol. she is settling in really well, she hasn't cried in her crate tonight yet so hopefully she is getting used to it.

that's good. Puppies usually feel and happy in a crate or a box or whatever ........ they like the security. Makes life easier when they don't cry when you first get them .......... it's REALLY difficult to ignore and not cuddle them!!!! Laughing

Looking forward to meeting them! Very Happy

Will hopefully join the walks, will need to wait till I get Kieras jags first. As you can tell I am over the moon still on a high with my new addition. Sheila isn't too fussed with her yet, but she is certainly teaching her that mouthing is not an option plus I would put her toilet training more down to her than us lol

yip, you're probably right about the toilet training! An older dog puts a puppy in it's place easier than we can! Laughing
