Last night I had bacon pasta soooooooooo easy!

1 x chopped onion
1 x chopped pepper
2 x tin chopped tomato's
6 x roughly cut bacon (unsmoked is better)
3 x garlic cloves
1 x beef stock cube
100ml of boiling water

cook bacon, onion and garlic for 3-5mins then chuck everything else in
Cook for 25 mins stirring occasionally!!!!

Have with pasta!!
Yum yum!!

oh easy.......... no work at all. I wrap it in foil with lots of lemon juice and a sprinkling of paprika (or even better with fresh coriander and lime juice) pop it into the oven at 180 for 15 mins and your done!!!! Cooking it that way doesn't give you a fishy smell around the house either! Very Happy

I'm hungry now Confused
