... well it would actually!
I can't believe I joined this forum asking help for naming Buddy thinking that this was as hard as it got
Taken him out for his walk and he clearly has little man syndrome and wants to mess/play with all the big dogs. Saying that I'm not sure who now needs the classes - Buddy or me!?!?!? Took him out this evening and saw a big dog - it could have been a horse for all I know it was that big - off its lead, so I done the grown up thing and totally panicked, picked him up and ran away
To think I thought it was the walking the dog that was going to keep me fit, not the jogging and sprinting
Always learning... still the liver cake makes it all easier
Hopefully see you all soon for some therapy advice at a class.

My big guy would probably have run away from pup as he's not sure of them at all Dogs usually cope much better than we do with most things though. Who's using the liver cake you or the dog? |

He He.
I am sure if dog owners asks themselves they will all remember a time like that.
Oh my wee dog.
The classes do help and they are for us. The dogs know what to do. Its us that need to be trained.
BTW Buddy looks real good. Do you wash him in Daz. He is whiter than white.

Nah I never thought "ooh my wee dog" - it's usually him gallumphing up to other dogs saying "chase me big boy"
He's now more discerning and realises that other gun dogs are the best bet for a game of chase....tho the only dog that's ever caught him is a staffie!
He largely ignores wee and big dogs now. |

Tilly def has big dog syndrome, she'll take on anyone. (or anything)
In the ring we have Tilly Sigurdsson who will be brave enough to challenge her

Image in my head now of you legging it with Buddy in your arms wondering what the heck all the fuss was about - Priceless!!!!!
As the others have said I reckon all of us as new owners have been guilty of the same thing! _________________ Staffies are my life! Visit us at www.staffies.co.uk |

ditto, when i took Inca out on her first wee walk round our street this black collie lab cross came bounding up to us and i panicked, swinging her up into my arms(she had a wee harness on) the guy was all apologetic and the dog was lovely but i think everyone panics the first time.
now its not me that panics its the dogs, Inca goes bounding up barking at a dog, but when it comes to see what she is all about you can see her going 'oh no its bigger than me' and legs it _________________ microchiping and grooming www.chipnclip.co.uk
