SORRY ALISON.....I DON'T THINK IT'S SAD !......I THINK IT IS RATHER NICE THAT THIS LITTLE CHAP GOT A GOOD HAPPY HEALTHY LIFE ALBEIT AFTER A SPELL IN A DOGS HOME!

Well done that dog and hats off to the couple looking after him. I had read about that dog a few months ago in one of the papers.

Aw thats a nice story... it is sad though.... any animal dying makes for a sad story for me!

My aunties dog got taken to the pub and got a beer on his 21st!!! Thats the oldest dog I've ever known.

It also didnt like me....

It was knocked down and had a sore leg when it was young. I was just a kid and was carrying on with it, and accidentally hurt it's sore leg. It NEVER forgot!!!! They stay in Sunderland, so sometimes there was a couple of years between visits. and it would be all happy to see us then you could see the recognition sinking in, then it would just draw me stares and growl at me for the rest of the visit!!! That went on for years!!

Who says dogs dont have memories??
