What can I give Scooby as a wee painkiller just now?

Last night he was walking with his bum all tucked in....more so than normal he is a whippet after all..... then this morning he was wobbling all over and wouldnt walk kept falling over...he has wee wobbly turns too but this was worse than that.

I checked and he has a either a wee growth or an infected anal glad it was all red, swollen and puss-y looking but it has now burst and isnt as bad, still bothering him but not as angry as it was so may wait till Mon morn to get him to the vet....if not i will get him to the emergency vet but will see how he goes
