Dear John,
I know you only deal with dog psychology but wonder if you give out advice to humans. I have become addicted to a website and has taken over my life. It's the first thing I look at in the morning and the last thing I look at at night. I keep an eye out for new post's, my house is suffering as I spend so much time there. I have even began to get my husband hooked as well. It has got worse since I have not been able to walk my dog. It just gives me more time to be online. I feel that once my dogs are ready to get back out there it will only add fuel to the flame. I have tried to stop myself but can't. please please can you help.

Enid, neither ............ I could sleep for Scotland I could! But there are some nights (usually when the brandy bottle has been opened Embarassed ) that I sit up late........... but I hasten to add that I have NEVER been online at 4am when Allan is about! Laughing 2am is my limit on rare occasions! Laughing

Well, according to my biomedical 'Mad Scientist' friend, more than 6 - 8 hours of sleep a night can take years off your life!

Laughing Oh, Marcella! Laughing

7 hours sleep suits me fine, any more than that and I feel a bit tired! Not too long ago on a day off, I slept for over 9 hours, I felt worse than when I had 7 hours!! Rolling Eyes Laughing

I know what you mean. If I sleep too long I feel tired for the rest of the day. 8 hours is best for me. Anything less than 7 hours and I physically ache next day!!!! I have sore muscles because I'm still tired. If I've had little sleep my neck and shoulders are in agony next day.

................ I'm a freak aren't I? Shocked
