I believe that the body will take the sleep it needs - hence we tend to catch up on the "sleep debt" when we're on holiday and feel much the better for it.

have to admit I like my sleep could sleep anytime anywhere, usually have a dip in my energy levels around 4pm. My twin sis is the same too. I will need to get back into a good sleep pattern before the schools go back. I am trying to fit in napps with Kiera its like being a new mum again

Well, I say there's plenty of time to sleep when you die!

When i'm off work on holiday, or at weekends, i'm always up early and out with the dogs. I just hate wasting time sleeping! If I lie in, even till 9am, my day is completely messed up! Ive only slept until 9 once this year, I think, and I paid for it during the day.

I am with you Marcella and Isable i need my sleep, alan and I recon I have that disorder that makes you really tierd when you wake up feeling like I've had no sleep as I move about kicking and tosing and turning all night acording to alan. Supposedly it is a real disorder don't know the name but i blame my tierdness on that and am as grumpy as anythning all morning and get away with it
