A large number of raw feeders fast their dogs for one day a week including Laura on the forum. Have a look at this thread for a fit and healthy Staffie...we all know how many are overwieght.........Cassie has won Dog athletic shows...........bodybuilding for dogs.

Someone I know fasts their Golden Retriever one day every two months. Has been doing so since the dog was 6 months old. The dog is now 14 and apart from the the odd ache, she's fit and healthy.
