somehting that has annoyed me over the past couple of days on this forum is the lack of a 'view new posts' button at the top of every page.
I know its in there somewhere, but other PHPBB2 forums i use have this function on every page which makes it alot easier to see what you've missed in the past 5 minutes of innactivity.

ok ok im sad, but its for the 'greater good' Twisted Evil

A topic will show up orange if there has been an unread post! The area of the forum will be displayed as orange, then within it the particular thread will be orange.
Im not sure I understand what you mean? Confused Rolling Eyes Smile

After inactivity... I refresh, then can see the topics with new posts, because they are orange. Smile

its the 'view posts since last visit link' which is available only on the home page

when you are in a thread either looking or posting then its not available to press. You have to click on the home page, then press it from there.

In other forums, its usually at the top right of every page you go on.

im not going to cry over it Crying or Very sad , just thought it was useful Smile
