here is a simple recipe that is quick to do and tastes yummy

place lots of fresh cherry and other varieties of tomato on the base of a small roasting tin, add a couple of cloves of crushed garlic, few sprigs of thyme , set a pack of good qualiy sausages on top ( tesco cumberland or long chipolatas are good ) splash of red wine, good amt of balsalmic vinegar and olive oil and salt and pepper if desired
roast in oven at 200c for about 30-40mins
serve on creamy mash potato and with green beans or similar

fills you up, needs little or no attention and tastes good

I like to taste the different stuff I'm eating so with a stir fry I prefer no sauce just the veg/meat.

As for Indian food I can wolf down a Jalfreizi and Madras but a Vindaloo is a step too far for me.

for the mash potato, mash with plenty of butter then mix in warm cream, add pepper.
