i was wondering if by us letting the cats sit on the couch and saying no to Koda will this confuse him? as if he sees the cats on the couch thats when he is most likely to try sit on the couch.

Our cats follow us in the toilet and bath, Oscar takes up his usual position on the side of the bath and starts to try catch his tail, he loves to dip it in the water then try catch it, he has fell in a few times, but it doesnt stop him. Paul's aunt got a fright once, didnt notice the cat follow her into the toilet, and when she jumped up on her for a clap think she got the fright of her life Smile

so far we have to find out what Koda will do.

Yesterday, I put Otto in the kitchen for a time-out as he was getting a bit wild, only unbeknown to me the second doors to the kitchen and living room were open so he came tanking in and took a flying leap on top of me on the sofa.

He was laughing at me and effectively saying "haha you tube, thought you could get rid of me!" and I couldn't stop laughing to tell him off.

I don't let him follow me everywhere, though he does voice his disapproval of this. Partly, to get him used to spending time on his own, partly to make it clear that it's not his house, it's ours and partly to give me some peace.

I think he would try to move up the pecking order as he's going to be a big, cheeky boy.

and as for sleeping with him - no way, he snores more than Ian.

Stephen starts work at 6am and I love it when Star jumps in and takes his place, we just cuddle up together till I get up at 7! I know I shouldn't but that's one of the things I love doing with him so I'm afraid I can't give it up Embarassed
