Idea

Hello,

Can anyone help with this one. Paddy and Finn (who is on his holidays) are going mad at the TV. Anything with 4 legs be it a dog, cow, horse, lion etc.... they go mad at the TV. Paddy has done it for a bit but now that Finn is here its in stereo and I loathe to put the TV on.

Do they think that the animal is in the living room with them. Help please....

Thanks,

Christina Shocked

Hektor does this too.

I tell him firmly NO! and make him go to his bed. He then lies and watches the TV out the corner of his eyes. Even the Dog Whisperer with all the dogs in it. I think he thinks the TV on the wall is a big window. Rolling Eyes

I'd be interested to see if anyone has any suggestions to deal with this because although he stops when I tell him he still does it until I tell him off, I'd rather he didnt react at all.

I would put their collars on and attach the leash....correct when they react badly.praise and treat when they are calm and submissive. Set things up so that you are in control and not caught unawares
