I have a three year old Collie cross called Buster. An unscrupulous woman, who shall remain nameless, 'supplied' me with a dark brown substance called Liver Cake over the past three years. Buster have become addicted to liver cake and gets highly emotional and stressed if he doesn't get his fix.

Today I turned up at an address in a shady part of Cumbernauld behind a Community Centre to collect Buster's fix, but the dealer (I think her name is Janice) said that her supplies had run dry and did not know when she could get some more.

Buster has come home from his evening walk and went to the fridge for his fix as usual and I tried to offer him some chicken breast as an alternative but he went mental. He has the DT's and his curled up in a corner shaking and looking longingly at the fridge door.

Can anyone help, we even tried vegetarian liver cake but it had no effect.

Any suggestions welcomed, or if you have a stash I would be willing to pay over the odds to help wee Buster.

Dear all
I retract my statement about the dealer who could not supply me with some stuff for Buster
I tried some cold turkey, then some cold beef followed by some cold ham - boy the all day carvery at Westerwood is good value
Anyway please note that the lady did fulfill her promise, and she gave me some liver cake as well (boom boom)
