I hope your tranny is better than mines was, I spent 3 months under mines replacing half the floor and all the cross-members during the winter.

If you need any interior work or electrics etc give me a shout as I am a self employed coach builder.

No chance of missing the van on the road with that colours scheme! What colour does the log book say? numerous, lol Laughing

Ian its been a long haul she has been off the road since last Aug....1st guy came out, cut it to bits took money up front then left Evil or Very Mad
im on a vanners forum so just before xmas they all said they would get stuck into it for me....then the snow hit Rolling Eyes then Ali apeared to the rescue and took her away after all the 1st lot of snow and she is all welded up nice now Very Happy

Its mostly mechanical now, brake pipes rusted to bits...after the mot the power steering needs looked at as it was getting filled up with fluid every few days just before it went of the road

The electrics need sorted at the back as the 1st guy took the lights out with no care but my dad is an auto electrician so hopefully he will get it done, but its pinning him down Twisted Evil the heater switch/relay or whatever needs sorted and a new set of no plates because the front one broke after a neighbours party Shocked and one of the guys on forum going to do me nice no plates with the forum emblem and then we are good to go Very Happy

oh and log book says orange/blue Laughing and the floor and back doors were about the only solid bits Rolling Eyes

John, it will be great to get out with all the dogs, cause at the moment 4 dogs in a clio would be nightmare Laughing

Kirsty thats bad, its a nigtmare when they need big things done Sad hehe poor Lindsay Twisted Evil

Kendal, the bloomin Clio needs brakes too now, it seems to never end lol

yep it's a mk5 transit, rusty arches on the rear, rusty arches on the front, rusty cill & inner step, rust around the rear wheel wells, back doors coming apart. I remember it all so well! has the rear pillar started around the lower hinge yet? if not it will. Can you sing along to the diff whine? or is that only the 190 transit?
Sometimes memories are a good thing, sometimes they're bad, that's why I have a Ducato now, plus it''s much bigger inside.
Cool

Your heater problem is the coil pack thingy down at the drivers side headlight, costs about £30 from ford but means the heater fan works on all 3 speeds rather than only full speed.
