Well that has been about 4 weeks since we joined our new class in Stirling. Unfortunately it has came to an abrupt end. Yoda just wont settle. She is growling at everyone (dogs that is). I have never seen her like this. By the time we left class she was vomiting. i think with stress. I know i was stressed and that will go down the line to her. The only good point is when we do heel work i have loads of room because no one wants there dog near Yoda. The trainer said that the choc labs are a bit more Territorial than the blond and black labs. Never mind.

oh amanda i'm sorry to hear this and i wish i knew the answer....apart from lots of socialisation.

reading between the lines i take it you are not going to return to this training class?????

only a suggestion and speak to john but why don't you return to our thursday class and instead of making your trek from tillicoultry for a half hour class......join in on more than one class.....space permitting.

you know a good few folk that will be there and there is support from folk like myself kendal john etc

think about it!

Sorry to hear that things did not go smoothly. That really does not sound like Yoda at all Confused

I'm sorry but her colour makes no difference to being 'territorial' ..........where do people get such ideas?

john
