American Mastif type dog being hidden after attack

I hear on the radio that the Police are looking for an 'American Mastif' type dog called 'Blade' after a serious dog attack in Pollock..........they believe it is being hidden.

again i fully understand the dog did wrong.............. however where were the owners????????? and i feel it's the owners fault that this accident happened !
