The dove survived...just, but Murphy was upstairs when Emily screamed that Diesel was chasing it round the kitchen..luckily Murphy didn't move when I yelled at him to stay......because he would have caught it!

Kendal,

when the weather is OK we leave the back door open so it simply walked in.......I have no idea why Confused
When I came to the kitchen it was cowering on the window ledge.I opened the window and it flew off......it seemed unhurt but a little shaken Very Happy It hasn't been back since Laughing

no, the eejit bird was fine ................ he walked in the back door. Confused Not the first time either! Another dove from their flock came in one night, thankfully when John was out with the boys. Came through the utility room into the kitchen and hall and into my office, looked at me then padded out into the hall again and into the lounge. As I tried to chase it out it sh1t everywhere! Evil or Very Mad Then flew into the bay window and stunned itself. I panicked thinking it was dead and as I bent down to inspect it the damn thing flew up into my face and then all around the room before going into the dining room and sitting on my table (yes I did miss out the 'h' in that word!!!!). I opened the windows in there and eventually managed to chase it out.
They have a deathwish!
