what to do????

ok so rambo and his new girlfriend!( amber the dalmation) went to bellahouston park 2day to the enclosed doggy area. we let them off lead and they ran around mad for ages playing really well tho rambo continues to bark in excitement which i know to other passing people sounds bad but he is just playing!! will he stop barking eventually as this was his 1st time getting to play properly with another dog??????????????????????
then another dog approached and came into doggy area on lead and before i could get to him or even try to recall him he had pinned the other dog down and was just standing over the top of it - not doing anything just standing there??????????????????????????????????????????? wot should i have done and what do i do coz i know he is only wanting to play as long as the other dog is good too????????????????????? i feel im constantly over assessing every situation and being tence all the time when i dont always have to be - or maybe i do i dont know.
he must pick up on the fact that im stressed out and on edge all the time.
