For the record, he didnt get to go home!! The lead went back on and he got made to walk. He's a nightmare when it comes to getting his paws wet, think i'll need to look into getting some doggy wellies!!!

aww Alfie what are you like, lol how for from your house were you, dose he do that as soon as he steps out the front door

lol if your serious about the dog wellies i highly recommend pawz boots i use them for my girls in the snow, on the site it says the medium for a staffie but i think Alfie has quite small paws? so i might be able to let you try the ones we have for our lot which are the small. they look a bit like balloons so are light weight

we got them form canine concepts but you could possible find them other places, but only on line.

Franklin hates the rain too, for such a big dog he is such a wimp.

So funny when we are out for a walk and it starts raining he will stand under the bridge and not move. Strange as he loves to walk in puddles with his big webbed feet

we were once out on a walk with a big Dane called sky and it started chucking it down, she we took shelter under the trees but were still getting wet. Sky raped herself round a tree and tried to put her head under her owners jaket. it was very funny watching her try to stay out of the rain.

Love the bed. If I had one of those I wouldn't want to go out either. Guess he'll have to 'move' soon though, lol

aww poor Alfie, but cant blame him, i was like a droned rat all day today at work. the poor dogs at the kennels were soaking. i lost count how many times the washing machine was on just with towels at work, we were running out of places for them to hang up and dry. glad im not working tomorrow.
