They will do really well been up at 10 on Saturday's both of them running for this Just round about when i wander down to see what all the racket is

Hi guys got my official time today form the evening times and I done the half marathon in 2hrs, 17mins and 21 secs I am over the moon with my time it's so good for my first time, I'm feeling the effects today knees were a bit sore and stiff and my thighs are sore but i'll be fine by tomorrow. |
