Nicola I 'd like to try that. I assume you just mix it into a dough and cut it into little bits. How long do you bake it for? I used to bake liver and left it in til it was really hard. The trouble is Dale loves liver but it seems to have unfortunate results |
Yes, Janice, just bung all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together, use a cutter to cut in to shapes. i think they were baked for about 20 minutes. I'll dig out my recipe and scan it in, I got in from a dog mag a couple of years ago! |

Poor Marcella. you really don't appreciate liver. Things you do for dogs
I'd no idea there were so many treat recipes. The peanut butter one sounds nice. Dale might get some of that if I don't eat it myself. _________________ Janice and Dale |

Potatoes are ok cooked and if raw only a wee bit and as long as they are not green. Our dogs were fed all the scraps of the day when my parents had the hotel and it was mostly potato and veg |

Just tried the peanut treats. I think Dale approves. He's taken one to bed to play with
Next time I'd put in more peanut butter. They seem a bit bland to me. I'll bring some along tonight. _________________ Janice and Dale |
