no apologies needed lesley.....alfie is just lovely and it's lovely to see him on here!

sadly my daughter won't meet the wee guy in the flesh for a few weeks due to work.....however my dogs like to do the same thing with feet and i think it's the salt in the body!

Re the feet - yep my Rosie does it too - I think you're right Janis - it's the salt in the sweat though if there's a whiff of cheddar Rosie gives em a swerve! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I knew someone many years ago who had a cat who was obssessed with their sons armpits for what can only be the same reason EWWWWW

Cute pup.

Mind likes to stick his tongue in my mouth...I hasten to add I don't encourage that. If I bend down to tie my shoe laces, he right in there - comes out of nowhere. Bleagh!

Ha ha. We've had a couple of poo eating incidents so yeah, licking tongues def off limits!!!

He's currently in bad books, pulled lead out my hand today when we were walking cos he was trying to go back the way and he did a runner. Tried being nice and calm and calling him but no recall at all or loyalty, he was off. Luckily he's still small and I can run faster. Got him just as he was about to run into car park!! Feel like never gonna get there but he's only been getting walked for week and a half so maybe I'm expecting too much. I'm sure he'll get there

I only have three words to that Lesley!
FOOD ! FOOD ! FOOD !- Millie is our 16 week old Staff pup and she is SO food orientated its not true , Get a pocket full of Janis,s wonder treat (liver cake) reward him with it for the first few commands he obeys (enough to let him know what treats are in your pocket) then he will start breaking his neck to obey -Millie is cruising at the moment - walking to heel "off lead" at 16 wks, sprinting back when called and sitting at every kerb even before i ask - so much better than i had expected.

Colin obviously does not remember Hektor hitting 6 months and ignoring EVERYTHING you say!
Liver cake is great but the garlicky farts are a side effect! Laughing
